Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or personalized signs
- Signs made with specific materials or designs requested by the customer
- If there is damage from shipping, we will re-manufacture and return the damaged item
- Items designed for temporary use (e.g. event signs)
Return Policy
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
